Healthcare United is seeking an Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a well-supported, established practice in East Central Illinois. This full-time opportunity offers strong earning potential, a manageable 1:4 call rotation, and a collaborative team of three physicians and two advanced practice providers — including a colleague who specializes in laryngology. The incoming physician will join a financially stable, not-for-profit regional health system with excellent referral support and a loyal patient base.
This position offers a balanced mix of outpatient clinic and surgical responsibilities within a collegial and physician-friendly environment. - Provide comprehensive medical and surgical ENT care to an adult and pediatric patient population
- Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
- Perform a full scope of otolaryngologic procedures and surgeries
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers to optimize patient access and continuity of care
- Participate in a shared 1:4 call rotation
- Partner with primary care and specialty colleagues on coordinated, multidisciplinary care
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Eligible for or active Illinois medical license

- $600,000 – $625,000+ base salary plus RVU productivity incentives
- $75,000 sign-on bonus
- $60,000 retention bonus ($20,000 paid at the end of years 1, 2 &
