4th Grade Teacher

Duties

St. Anthony Grade School, a vibrant Catholic Grade School serving more than 500 students in preschool through 8th grade, is seeking a dedicated and faith-filled Teacher to join our team at the 4th grade level. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing, structured, and engaging classroom environment where students grow academically, socially, and spiritually. This teacher will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive curriculum aligned with diocesan and state standards while supporting the mission of Catholic education.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in core subject areas, including Religion, Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies

* Create a positive, structured classroom environment that promotes student learning and development

* Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners

* Assess student progress regularly and communicate effectively with students, parents, and administration

* Integrate faith-based teachings and Catholic values into daily instruction and classroom culture

* Collaborate with grade-level teachers, specialists, and administration

* Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development opportunities

* Maintain accurate records of student performance and classroom activities

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field (required)

* Valid state teaching license (or ability to obtain)

* Practicing Catholic preferred; must support the mission of Catholic education

* Strong classroom management and organizational skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Passion for working with elementary-aged children

Salary/Benefits

Salary & Benefits

* Salary: $35,000 - $60,000, St. Anthony Parish maintains a salary scale for teaching staff based on years of experience and education
