Responsibilities
Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices. Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
- Process and prepare loan applications.
- Take and process payments.
- Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
- Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
- Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit.
- Transport money to and from the bank.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch.
- Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
- Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
- Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days of application date.
- Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
Must demonstrate self-confidence, organizational skills, kindness, compassion, and a willingness to seek quality-driven solutions.
- Absolute team player; pitches in when needed and accepts help.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Hourly pay: $15.

- Frequently stationary with regular movement; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Occasional lifting up to 5 lbs; may exert up to 30 lbs of force.
- Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication.
- Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Local travel may be required; extended hours, evenings, or weekends possible.
- Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature.
- Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality essential.
