Requirements

Registered Dietitian credential (RD or RDN); licensed dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice.

Position Details

Provide inpatient and outpatient coverage: 4 days per week at HSHS St Anthony's and 1 day per week at HSHS Good Shephard.

Compensation

$60,416 – $74,000

Job Summary

Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian. Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute care setting, working collaboratively to enhance patient outcomes through evidence‑based nutrition care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to patients, families, staff, and the community.
  • Apply latest research aligned with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols.
  • Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence.
  • Partner with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
  • Support growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training.
Qualifications
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
  • Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice.
  • Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training encouraged.
