** Pay Range:**$34.21 - $51.31A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
HSHS is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the Center for Pediatric Therapy team at HSHS St. Anthony's Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a patient-focused, mission-driven therapist who is passionate about helping children develop skills, increase independence, and participate more fully in activities at home, school, and within their community.
The Occupational Therapist provides evaluation and treatment services for pediatric patients ranging from infancy through adolescence. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and demonstrate the ability to provide individualized care across a variety of diagnoses and functional needs, including developmental delays, neurological conditions, orthopedic conditions, sensory-processing challenges, and fine motor difficulties.
The Occupational Therapist will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that support each child’s unique goals and abilities.

** Education Qualifications
*** Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice is required.

** Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
*** IL:
State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required OR has been authorized to practice by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation (IDFPR) and must obtain licensure within 6 months.
* WI:
State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required OR has been issued a temporary licensure to practice and must obtain licensure within 6 months.
* Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
