IT Support Specialist – Tech & Troubleshooting

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardware and software administration and troubleshooting, both in-person and via phone.
• Familiarity with onboarding, offboarding, and security protocols.
• Capability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate details and assist employees with various IT issues.
• Technical and logical problem-solving skills.
• Proficient time management abilities, with a knack for setting realistic and achievable deadlines.
• Extensive experience with various operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS.
• Adept at prioritizing and managing multiple projects efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Install and set up computer systems and applications.
• Address employee inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Resolve technical challenges related to network interruptions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware-related problems.
• Create new user accounts and manage termination processes with proprietary and third-party systems.
• Develop documentation for processes.
• Conduct routine scheduled audits of systems.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
