Key Responsibilities- Perform field audit inspections of vehicles, equipment, properties, and inventories.
- Capture high‑quality photographs and videos of assets.

- 1099 Independent Contractor status.
- Flexible schedule (daylight hours, Monday‑Friday).
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on‑site work.
- Access to a computer with Wi‑Fi to accept and schedule jobs.
- Ownership of reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with current operating systems (Google Chrome, iOS, Microsoft).
- Independent contractors receive payment per inspection, fees vary based on complexity and location.
- Earnings can average around $1,500 per month or more, depending on location, contract acceptance, and availability.
