Extrusion Crew Member

The Extrusion Crew Member is responsible for producing aluminum tubing and related products in alignment with customer specifications and demand. As a vital member of the production team, this role involves assisting in the Extrusion department’s processes and various downstream activities while prioritizing safety and collaboration with fellow team members.

• Perform multiple roles safely as assigned by the supervisor or department lead, adhering to standard operating instructions (SOI).
• Produce, cut, and stretch extrusion tubing according to customer specifications while following quality guidelines.
• Safely operate hand saws, table saws, stretchers, and other equipment as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

• Ability to speak and write fluent English.
• Ability to work overtime as required on short notice.
• History of dependability in the workplace.
• Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Possesses basic math skills and the ability to read tape measures.
• Ability to pay strong attention to detail.
• Possesses a cooperative and positive demeanor and works well in a team environment.
