Assembly Manufacturing Operator in Effingham

Shift & Compensation

Full‑time factory and warehouse position in Effingham, IL. Candidates will be assigned to one of the following shifts.

• 1st Shift – 7:00 am to 3:00 pm – $19.50 / hr
• 2nd Shift – 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm – $20.50 / hr
• 3rd Shift – 11:00 pm to 7:00 am – $20.50 / hr (immediate openings)

• Maintain a safe and clean factory and warehouse environment in compliance with safety and environmental policies.
• Adjust parts as needed and assemble components with hand and power tools.
• Inspect and pack parts, ensuring quantity and quality meet manufacturing standards.
• Work at required production rates and meet deadlines.
• Lift, twist, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs.; work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Read and follow written and verbal instructions; learn client computer systems.
• Work overtime when required and collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
• Maintain attention to detail and organization.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Background check and drug test.
• Able to lift 30 lbs. and stand for the duration of a shift.
• Minimum age 18 years.
