We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager. This person is responsible for designing, developing and executing marketing campaigns and activities for the bank. The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing, lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.

• Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, and email advertising.
• Design advertising materials to be used across media platforms, i.e. print, web, radio, video, etc.
• Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorming initiatives.
• Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand.
• Facilitate community events and programs that the bank participates in.
• Market the bank to maintain a strong community presence.
• Manage the contributions and advertising budget.
• Respond to market research with new initiatives and advertising campaigns.

• 1
  -2 years’ experience in marketing/brand management preferred but not required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of all social networking platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Design Products

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00
