RN Residency and Nurse Extern II - Summer grads

Position Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate – Nurse Extern II transition.

Pay Range: $34.00 - $51.00 per hour. Sign‑on Bonus: $10,000 for approved units.

  Full‑time, 36 hrs/wk, Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with weekend and holiday rotation

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program by Summer
  2026; can begin as a Nurse ExternII and transition to RN upon licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice required. Wisconsin RN may use a valid multi‑state RN license under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
