Description:

Certified Medical Assistants are responsible for providing assistance to providers in the direct and indirect care of patients. They perform patient or office-related duties, including clinical measurements and data collection. Data and provider-directed information must be documented clearly and accurately in patient records. The role functions clinically as support staff to providers.
