Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Department (ED)

Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Pay Range: $34.00 - $51.00 (actual pay based on experience, skills, training, certifications and education).

Position Overview

Registered Nurses in the Emergency Department provide high‑quality medical care alongside a healing touch and compassionate presence to support patients and families during joyful, stressful, and uncertain times.

    Full‑Time Nights, 36 hours/week (7:00PM – 7:00AM) with weekend and holiday rotation

    Effingham, IL
  • Scheduled weekly hours: 36
Education Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
  • Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred.
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
  • Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi‑state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are required based on patient population.
  • Specialty certifications such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) are preferred.
