Job Overview

We seek a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in nursing practices and a strong commitment to patient outcomes.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and admissions based on medical needs, providing comprehensive care in both outpatient and hospital settings.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing venipuncture, and managing medical documentation.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures, promoting health literacy.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed, and maintain accurate medical records to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Current RN licensure is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is beneficial but we will train the right candidate
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential for effective communication and record-keeping.
