Job Description

* Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow

* Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and implementing company policies

* Supervise and motivate staff members to maintain high performance standards

* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly

* Participate in inventory management and stock control

* Assist in staff scheduling, training, and development

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations

* Contribute to creating a positive work environment and fostering team collaboration

* Perform administrative tasks such as reporting and record-keeping

* Step in for the store manager when necessary

* Computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office suite
