Cashier / Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

As a Cashier / Retail Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in the daily success of our store. Your primary focus will be delivering excellent customer service while ensuring customers have a pleasant and efficient shopping experience.

Key responsibilities include:

* Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service

* Operating a cash register and processing transactions accurately

* Handling cash and maintaining register accuracy

* Assisting customers with purchases and product questions

* Stocking shelves and replenishing merchandise

* Preparing coffee and maintaining beverage areas

* Cleaning and organizing store areas

* Following company policies and safety procedures

* Supporting other store operations and completing additional tasks as assigned

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, multitasking, and working in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess:

* Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

* High level of honesty and dependability

* Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
