As a Cashier / Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in the daily success of our store. Your primary focus will be delivering excellent customer service while ensuring customers have a pleasant and efficient shopping experience.

• Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service
• Operating a cash register and processing transactions accurately
• Handling cash and maintaining register accuracy
• Assisting customers with purchases and product questions
• Stocking shelves and replenishing merchandise
• Preparing coffee and maintaining beverage areas
• Cleaning and organizing store areas
  
  Following company policies and safety procedures
• Supporting other store operations and completing additional tasks as assigned

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Friendly, patient, and approachable personality
• High level of honesty and dependability
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point‑of‑sale (POS) system
• Basic math and cash‑handling skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
