Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Order fill and delivery associates shop for customers, select products, and fill online orders in a fast‑paced environment. They dispense orders to customers, engage in conversation, and may juggle in‑store and online customer needs, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.

• Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile

Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
