Pay & Compensation

• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• $15 - $28 per hour
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customers’ wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and properly ordered throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
