Y-Yard Auto & Truck, Inc is growing and we are eagerly seeking two highly-motivated sales enthusiast. For over 55 years now, the Y-Yard Auto & Truck continues to be a state of the art recycling facility that offers customers an economical option to repairing their automobiles with quality, used parts.

We are expanding our sales team again! We have room for 2 outgoing, energetic, sales experts who understands the importance of customer service. If you love working with people and the challenge of closing the sale this job is just for you. A Successful Sales Rep can earn $80K +, based upon their parts selling potential. This individual has the ability to write his/her own paycheck with commission sales.

If you have at least 2 years of previous sales experience and are a proven performer then apply today. Remote sales is a possibility if candidate has previous experience in sales at an Automotive recycling facility. Join our Part Pac and be a part of an elite sales team!

Responsibilities Include:

• Handling 80+ inbound/outbound phone calls per day.
• Ability to negotiate and close sales.
• Provide excellent customer service from the quote stage through the final sale.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, from fielding phone calls, answering text over landline, skype instant messages and providing electronic quotes over the internet.
• Knowing how to quickly navigate through many facets of the computer world.
• Able to process customer complaints, problems or returns gracefully.
• Represent the business well by building their own book of business.
• Innovative thinking to build and attract new customers.
• Work Monday-Friday from 7:30-5:00 with a sales meeting once a week at 7:15 AM.
