• Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes during installations.
• Train and mentor junior installers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls.
• Collaborate with team members to improve installation processes and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in HVAC systems.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
• Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
