CDL A OTR Drivers Out 12 and Home 2 No Touch Freight (Full Time)

If you are a Class A Driver tired of unpredictable pay, earn a guaranteed minimum of $1,500 per week (if you run the entire week with no load refusals and no driver‑induced delays). Top drivers can earn up to $1,900 per week. Pay is the greater of the minimum and your CPM freight. All freight is no touch, 65% drop and hook, and drivers are not penalized for not taking loads to NYC.

Your $4,000 bonus is paid as follows: $500 after your first load, $500 on days 30, 60, 90, and 120, and $1,000 on your 6‑month anniversary.

Full benefits (PTO, medical, dental, 401(k), and more) begin on your 30th day of employment. Drivers are assigned trucks with no slip seating, newer model Freightliners, Kenworths, and Internationals. If you have a rider and a pet you may bring them from day one.

• Place boxes on a conveyor belt for final delivery to the store; do not handle inventory or merchandising.

• Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months.
• If terminated from a previous job due to safety incidents, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier.
• Relatively clean MVR with no CMV accidents that resulted in injury, jackknife, or rollover in the last 5 years.
• This role is physical; drivers will place boxes on a conveyor belt that goes into the store, but are not responsible for inventory or merchandising.
