Forklift Operator ; Effingham, IL

Quick Hire is seeking experienced Forklift Operators and Spotters for an immediate warehouse project in Effingham, IL. We are launching operations at two warehouse locations in Effingham and will transition to St. Elmo, IL after 3–4 weeks. This is a 4–6 month project with additional locations planned.

Start Date:

Immediate – 3–5 team members needed this week

• Operate forklift to move, load, and stage materials safely
• Assist with warehouse receiving and material placement
• Support deliveries and inventory organization
• Work closely with spotters to ensure safe warehouse flow
• Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must speak English
• Proof of forklift experience (certification or verifiable job history)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment

Marijuana pre‑employment screening is not required in Illinois; however, zero drug use is permitted during working hours.

This is a short‑term project with steady hours and immediate start potential. Pay rates will be discussed directly based on experience and local market conditions.
