We are seeking a Commercial Project Manager to oversee ground-up and tenant fit-out construction projects throughout New Jersey, with occasional projects in Delaware and Eastern Pennsylvania. This role is responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are successfully met. With a highly experienced leadership team, the company has built a strong reputation for reliability, repeat business, and long-term client relationships. Description Project Management:
Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through project closeout. Schedule Management:
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting reports. Team Leadership:
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, owners, architects, and internal project teams. Documentation:
Oversee change orders, project documentation, and contract administration. Quality Control:
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Safety Compliance:
Ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, and in accordance with company standards. Profile 2-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction. Experience managing ground-up, fit-out, renovation, or retail projects is highly preferred. Exposure to restaurant, retail, hospitality, automotive, or similar commercial sectors is a plus. Site work experience is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and project controls.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and subcontractors. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
