Renault Winery is seeking hardworking, dependable individuals to join the Maintenance Team at the Egg Harbor City Lake & Campground. Maintenance team members play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests by performing daily grounds upkeep, handling trash removal, and addressing minor maintenance issues as they arise. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, taking initiative, and being part of a guest‑focused hospitality operation.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily cleanup of lakefront, beach areas, picnic areas, paths, and common spaces.
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles regularly and ensure proper disposal.
- Assist with minor maintenance and repair tasks such as tightening fixtures or replacing small hardware.
- Report larger maintenance issues promptly to management.
- Maintain restrooms, changing areas, and shared facilities in clean and sanitary condition.
- Set up, move, or adjust outdoor furniture, signage, and equipment as needed.
- Inspect grounds daily and report any hazards, damage, or unsafe conditions.
- Support lifeguards and operations teams with facility needs when required.
- Follow all safety guidelines and equipment procedures.
- Provide friendly and courteous assistance when interacting with guests.
- Assist with pre season and post season clean up and operations.
- Strong work ethic and reliability, with consistent punctuality.
- Ability to work outdoors in various summer weather conditions.
- Comfortable performing physical labor such as lifting, carrying, bending, and walking.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Outdoor lakefront environment with exposure to sun and changing weather.
- Hands-on physical work with frequent movement.
