Job Overview
As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) you greet, serve, and support customers at Wawa, ensuring a positive experience and operating daily store functions.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage with customers to meet their needs quickly and courteously.
- Prepare breakfast items, built‑to‑order sandwiches, specialty beverages, pizzas, and maintain the coffee station in a clean, organized manner.
- Operate the cash register, process payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and for age‑restricted products.
- Keep store inventory stocked, cabinets refreshed, and shelves inviting.
- Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Must be 16 years of age or older with reliable transportation.
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Hourly rate: $16.50 – $20.25, commensurate with experience and location.
- Shift differential of $1.50 for hours worked between 12am and 6am.
