Construction Management Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
The Construction Management Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support to department leaders, assisting with various functional responsibilities and departmental operations.
The Coordinator may perform services such as contract execution, file maintenance, telephone handling, report preparation (including cost updates), scheduling meetings and appointments, creating and distributing meeting minutes, invoice processing, purchasing, building and maintaining project folders, providing billing information, and responding to routine mail correspondence. They assist staff with issues and projects, implement office procedures, and may direct other clerical personnel.
This role supports organizational goals by delivering quality customer service, participating in performance improvement, and demonstrating teamwork and cooperation.
QUALIFICATIONS- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or specialized secretarial training preferred.
- License/Certification: N/A
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of administrative experience related to construction or project management. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required.
Demonstrate the competencies established on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.
WORK ENVIRONMENTPotential exposure to hazards and risks in the hospital environment, including infectious disease, hazardous substances, and injury. Desk/computer work predominant, with occasional walking, standing, and lifting up to 20 lbs. Repetitive typing required.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPThis position reports to department leadership.

Pay TransparencySalary range: $22.38 – $33.57 per hour.
