Brief Description

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our dealership collision center. The ideal candidate delivers high-quality repairs, follows OEM procedures, and accurately documents the repair process, including in-process photos.

• Perform collision repairs according to OEM and dealership standards
• Repair or replace damaged body panels, frames, and structural components
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles while protecting undamaged areas
• Operate frame machines, measuring systems, welders, and shop equipment
• Ensure proper panel alignment, fit, finish, and structural integrity
• Capture clear, accurate in-process photos documenting repairs, procedures, and supplements
• Identify and report hidden or additional damage during repairs
• Work closely with estimators, painters, parts, and service advisors
• Maintain productivity while meeting quality and CSI expectations
• Follow all safety, environmental, and dealership policies
• Keep work area and tools clean and organized

• Minimum 3 years of auto body repair experience preferred
• I-CAR certification preferred (Platinum designation a plus)
• OEM certification a plus
• Ability to read and follow written repair procedures and technical blueprints
• Comfortable using digital systems for repair documentation and photography
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
