Marine Construction Project Manager​/Estimator

Scofield Marine, an industry-leading Marine Construction Company, is looking for a Project Manager/Estimator to join our growing team! This full-time position reports directly to the President. The position is on-site and can work out of either the Egg Harbor Township or Clermont office.

Scofield Marine Contractors and Engineers, LLC is a marine construction firm based in South Jersey. We are a unique, diverse company specializing in commercial diving, underwater construction, and inspection. Scofield Marine focuses on challenging projects that involve pile jacketing, structures in the tidal zone, and marine elements. $100,000 - $125,000 per year

The primary estimating function of the Estimator/Project Manager is to execute competitive estimates for projects assigned. As Project Manager, the role is to plan, monitor, and control project performance to produce a safe, quality project completed within budget and on schedule.

This position involves approximately
70% office-based workand
30% fieldwork. Candidates should be comfortable balancing administrative and planning responsibilities with on‑site visits and ensuring project execution aligns with plans and safety standards. The position can be based at the company’s offices in Egg Harbor Township, Hamilton, or Clermont, New Jersey.

• 3-6 years of Estimating/Project Management experience
• Marine experience preferred.
• BS degree in a related field, preferred Civil Engineering/Construction Management.

• Successful candidates must submit to a post‑offer pre‑employment drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
• Travel, as required.
