Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records with accuracy.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services and procedures.
• Process insurance claims and verify patient coverage.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
• Assist with billing and payment processing.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a smooth patient flow.
• Manage phone calls and respond to emails promptly.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dental office experience of at least 1-3 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in dental software, Dentrix is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly demeanor with a passion for patient care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of insurance policies and billing procedures.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
