Relationship Banker – Spanish

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
• Hold in-depth conversations with clients to understand financial and life priorities
• Connect clients to solutions that meet financial goals
• Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence
• Build client relationships to meet financial needs
• Follow established processes and guidelines while adhering to applicable laws and regulations
• Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
• Drive the client experience
• Manage cash responsibilities

• Minimum education:
  
  High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
• Desired:
  Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions
• Desired:
  One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
• Desired:
  Six months of cash handling experience
• Desired:
  Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance
