Staffing Coordinator, HR​/Recruitment

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staffing Coordinator to join our team! As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient scheduling and processing of our staff's work assignments. • Manage and coordinate staff scheduling, including creating and updating schedules, and ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet patient needs
• Process and verify employee time-off requests, vacation, and other leave types
• Coordinate and facilitate staffing changes, including call-outs, new hire onboarding, and employee terminations
• Develop and maintain effective communication with department managers, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
• Analyze and report on staffing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices

• Experience in a scheduling or HR role
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software
