Job Title: Custodians (2) – 2nd Shift (High School and Davenport)

Reports To: Supervisor of Custodians, Building Custodial Coordinator, and Building Principal

To maintain and clean school buildings that provide staff and students with an environment that is conducive for teaching and learning.

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Black Seal Boiler License
• Ability to speak and understand English
• Excellent work ethic
• Ability to follow directions
• Ability to work alone or with others
• Ability to pass the required Criminal History Review
• Able to submit the Sexual Misconduct/Child Abuse Disclosure Form
• Able to pass pre-employment physical exam
• Desired: Experience working in a school district

• Performs tasks as directed by the BCF and/or Supervisor of Custodians
• Completes tasks in the time frame provided by the BCF
• Works in assigned area as directed
• Works with others as directed
• Follows all cleaning directions as provided by BCF and/or Supervisor of Custodians

• School Building
• 12-Month, Full-Time
• 2nd shift: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
• Salary Range of $41,103 (Step
  1) to $52,845 (Step 10) based on school experience
• Shift Differential after 6:00 pm
• Medical and Dental Benefits

• Able to lift at least 50 lbs above the waist
• Able to raise arms over head to clean
• Able to climb ladders

• Able to shovel snow, when necessary
• Able to work with school approved cleaning fluids
