Job Overview

As the Division Director/Program Director of General Surgery at Atlanti Care, you will lead the surgical program to align with Vision 2030 goals, drive research, education, foster multidisciplinary collaboration, and oversee the development of a new General Surgery Residency Program.

Lead the division and program toward Vision 2030 objectives, collaborate closely with the DIO to guide program initiation and accreditation, and provide operational oversight alongside two Associate Program Directors and dedicated administrative personnel.

Prior experience in medical education leadership within general surgery is required.
