Restaurant Depot - 6725 Black Horse Pike East - Responsibilities:
Maintain the accuracy of physical inventory at the branch;
Train staff for inventory purposes and conduct semi-annual inventories;
Coordinate inventory control with Receiving, Perishables, Dry Goods Floor and Front End;
Supervise Stock-taker and coordinate adjustment vouchers with vendors;
Report shrink and analyze causes
