Do you enjoy helping people get organized? Are you a people person with good communication skills and a creative side? Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to help customers organize their homes. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy a flexible schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with prospective and current customers.
Qualifications- Drivers License
- Must reside in NJ, within a ~30 mile radius of the job posting location
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers
- Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently
- Detail‑oriented and good time management to succeed in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills
- Outside sales experience
Complete sales and designer training, no cold calling, pre‑set appointments, excellent marketing materials, great support from a team of managers, flexible schedule with full‑time and part‑time opportunities, ability to thrive in a full commission/bonus sales environment. Earn $3,000-$5,000 in commission and bonuses per month.
