Sunbelt Rentals—the fastest growing rental business in North America—is seeking a Sr. Inside Sales Representative. The Sr. Equipment Rental Specialist is an experienced inside sales role responsible for supporting telephone and walk‑in customers with rental equipment of all types. This position is the Company’s front line of contact with the customer, whose purpose is to understand equipment needs, negotiate and place orders.

The role also requires strong administrative skills and an ability to deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times. Ancillary roles may include supporting dispatch logistics and training other team members.

• Support telephone and walk‑in customers with rental equipment needs
• Understand customer equipment requirements, negotiate, and place orders
• Maintain accurate records and provide high level administrative support
• Deliver customer satisfaction with a professional attitude
• Assist with dispatch logistics and train other team members as needed

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s license required
• At least 3 years of equipment rental industry experience or a 4‑year degree with 1 year of equipment rental experience (preferred)

• Strong customer service and telephone skills
• Solid computer and administrative skills
• DOT qualification process completion (preferred)
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.
