This position is based at our Atlantic & Cape May Counties area and supports branches throughout Egg Harbor Township and the surrounding South Jersey area as well as Rio Grande, Pleasantville, Somers Point, Absecon, and Atlantic City. The target compensation for this position is $57,530 annually, which is based on an hourly rate of $22.58, plus any applicable overtime compensation for a 46‑hour work week.

As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful, and you will establish relationships essential to building your own business.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, community, social, or academic organizations
  • Sports Leadership & Competition: athlete on a professional, semi‑professional or collegiate team
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license that is not in provisional or probationary status.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be living in Atlantic or Cape May County within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
