Restaurant Depot - 6725 Black Horse Pike East - Responsibilities:
Monitor activities in the receiving area pertaining to all incoming/outgoing merchandise;
Ensure accuracy of item descriptions, counts, and UPC numbers for all shipments;
Maintain and file Driver Logs, Manifest/Bill of Lading, IBT Seal Log, and Purchase Orders;
Supervise Receiving CRT Clerk and ensure deliveries are properly scheduled;
Enforce safety policies and HACCP guidelines in the Receiving Department
