Temporary Animatronics Warehouse Associate

Seasonal Warehouse Animatronics Associate Position

• Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing animatronic parts and inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Support inventory counts and tracking to ensure alignment with system records.
• Inspect incoming parts and report any damage, shortages, or discrepancies to leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment following safety guidelines.
• Follow established processes for handling returns and repairs.
• Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or chat.
• Follow troubleshooting guides and workflows to help resolve issues.
• Escalate complex concerns to leadership or specialized teams when needed.
• Document interactions and actions taken accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and guest operation.

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physically active environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Basic communication skills (verbal and written).

$18.50 per hour
