Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Warehouse Associate I at Atlanti Care – Responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and delivering supply orders, equipment, and materials in a timely and accurate manner. Operates non‑articulated vehicles up to a 26‑ft delivery van to ensure proper distribution to hospitals or end users. Provides quality customer service, resolves pick ticket errors, and supports performance improvement initiatives.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid New Jersey Driver's License
• Good command of the English language
• Ability to drive and operate non‑articulated vehicles up to a 26‑ft delivery van with automatic or manual transmission and manual or powered materials management equipment
• Ability to endure frequent standing, stooping, pushing, and lifting moderately heavy to heavy items

Preferred: 2 years' experience as a storeroom or receiving clerk.

Perform essential tasks to ensure efficient warehouse operations and accurate delivery of materials.

• Precise picking and packing of supply orders
• Resolving ticket errors
• Delivering equipment, packages, and materials using a 26‑ft delivery van
• Maintaining compliance with safety protocols and proper handling of hazardous materials
• Inspecting shipments for damages or discrepancies
• Documenting inventory accurately and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
• Participating in performance improvement initiatives and collaborating with team members
• Adapting to fast‑paced environments and providing quality customer service
• Completing additional tasks necessary to keep warehouse operations running smoothly

Requires frequent standing, stooping, pushing, and lifting moderately heavy to heavy items. May involve working in extreme climate conditions and noise.

Reports to department leadership.
