A full-time daily Nanny Housekeeper role for a busy family home in Virginia Water. This is a childcare-led position
, with approximately 70% childcare and 30% household support, with a focus on children and their routines.

The family are seeking a confident, experienced nanny-housekeeper who is kind, reliable, and emotionally regulated, with the ability to manage multiple children, competing demands, and busy after-school schedules calmly and consistently. Clear boundaries, good judgement and a strong work ethic are essential.

• Full care of the baby during the day, including routines, play and age-appropriate activities
• School drop-offs and pick-ups
• Managing after-school routines and activities
• Supporting homework with a positive, motivating and structured approach
• Planning educational and creative activities
• Preparing and cooking meals for the children
• Encouraging good behaviour through calm authority, clear explanations and consistency
• Managing busy and noisy moments with multiple children in a composed and thoughtful way

• Children's laundry and ironing
• Light family laundry once weekly
• Emptying and reloading the dishwasher
• Emptying bins as required
• Vacuuming as needed, particularly with a baby in the home
• Keeping the playroom tidy and organised
• Organising children's wardrobes
• Cleaning children's shoes after school
• General daily tidying related to the children

A cleaner is employed. This is not a full housekeeping role.

• Proven experience as a professional nanny housekeeper in private households
• Confident managing multiple children of different ages
• Calm, resilient and able to manage stress effectively
• Kind with children while being firm and clear with boundaries
• Reliable, responsible and consistent
• Creative, proactive and engaged
• First Aid certification required
• Driver with own car essential
• Willing to obtain nanny insurance
• Fluent English (Greek also spoken in the household)
