LCV Technician
£39,729 Basic | £45,729 OTE
Overtime paid at 1.5x
Attendance Bonus: £2,400 per year
Paid quarterly at £600 per quarter
Monday–Friday | 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings

We’re looking for an experienced LCV Technician / VAN Technician / Vehicle Technician / Van Mechanic to join a busy workshop looking after a mixed fleet of commercial vans.
This is a great opportunity for a technician who wants good earning potential, proper manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment and further training in diagnostics and EV technology.
The role of the LCV Technician / VAN Technician / Vehicle Technician / Van Mechanic
Service, maintain and repair a mixed fleet of commercial vans
Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults
Work across Peugeot, Mercedes, Ford, Volkswagen, Renault and Vauxhall vans
Use dealer-level diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults
Carry out preventative maintenance and routine servicing
Maintain vehicles to a high standard and minimise downtime
Continue developing your diagnostic and EV knowledge through company training
What we're looking for from the LCV Technician / VAN Technician / Vehicle Technician / Van Mechanic
Previous experience as an LCV / Van Technician
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Comfortable working across different vehicle manufacturers
Reliable, organised and able to work independently
Diagnostic experience is advantageous, but further training will be provided
EV experience is advantageous, but full EV training will be provided Benefits
