PER DIRECT TELEFONIST/ADM. MEDEWERKER (m/v) bij technisch bedrijf in Eindhoven (INGEVULD)
Secretaresse Uitzendbureau Flex Star Secretarieel is voor een klant in de technische branche in Eindhoven PER DIRECT op zoek naar een
(40 uur per week)
Extra informatie- Het gaat om een tijdelijke baan die ontstaan is vanwege een werkpiek (minimaal 1.5 maand met optie op verlenging)
- Je bent werkzaam in een telefonisteteam vanaf de bedrijfslocatie van onze klant in Eindhoven
- Technische kennis is niet nodig
- Het aannemen van de eerstelijns telefoontjes, afhandelen of doorverbinden
- Ontvangen van bezoekers
- Contact opnemen met monteurs zodat zij zelf afspraken met klanten kunnen inplannen
- Licht administratieve taken
- MBO werk- en denkniveau
- Ervaring als telefonist/administratief medewerker
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
- Digitale vaardigheid (onze klant werkt met een softwareprogramma)
- Collegialiteit
- Proactieve werkhouding, snel kunnen schakelen, flexibiliteit
