E2E Business Process Expert Supplier Lifecycle Management

As a Business Process Expert for Supplier Lifecycle Management, you will develop and maintain capabilities, processes and apply technology for world-class procurement contribution to the overall Procurement strategy and be part of a major transformation program.

Your role:

• Developing Philips Business Process framework (for all Business Models)
• Defining and driving the roadmap for the future in terms of processes, systems, KPI’s operating models, and (vendor master) data
• You’ll be part of a rare strategic project meant to transform the way we manage supplier onboarding and maintenance using the latest technologies.
• Running continuous improvement projects on the current landscape
• Supporting cross-functional End2
  
  End transformation teams with the adoption of best practices, understanding of business requirements, and opportunities for improvement and elimination of unrewarded complexity.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline (Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, IT, Supply Chain)
• You have proven experience in areas like procurement, supply chain management, or process optimization, with at least 5 years in a relevant role
• You have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and project management expertise
• You have an understanding of IT solutions like SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with SAP Ariba and BPM Software is very much welcomed
• High level of personal initiative and commitment next to flexibility and ability to work under pressure
