What you will do as a Logistic Sales Analyst:
- Develop and own the sales and account management process and support teams by creating standard documentation & templates to ensure GXO's uniformity and quality standards.
- Be the regional key user for the CRM system and maintain accurate data throughout Salesforce.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop detailed sales forecasting.
- Provide ad hoc analyses to the sales and account management teams.
Strategic Planning
- Contribute to developing business procedures and best practices to maximize sales performance.
- Propose and implement improvements for the sales/account team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with overall business goals.

What makes you the ideal Logistic Sales Analyst:
- Proven experience as a Sales Analyst, preferably in a strategic or business development role.
- You are already living in the Netherlands or Belgium.
- Proficiency in English and clear, concise communication is required, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with proficiency in data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficient in using business intelligence software (Power BI) and CRM software (Salesforce).
