Junior Pricing Analyst – World Wide Lighting
We are looking for a motivated Junior Pricing Specialist who is eager to learn, has affinity with data and wants to discover how pricing, strategy, and business growth connect. You will work within an international eCommerce and wholesale environment, where you will support our team in making our pricing structures future‑proof.
Where will you be working?You will be working at World Wide Lighting. World Wide Lighting is one of the largest digital lighting wholesalers in Europe with a fast‑paced, no‑nonsense mentality. Our goal is to make our customers successful; to get lighting done reliably, save energy and reduce costs, while still creating the perfect lighting solutions. We currently work with approximately 180 enthusiastic colleagues to continuously raise customer satisfaction to a higher level with a personal approach.
Whatare you going to do?
- Develop and Manage Pricing Strategy: Help implement pricing strategies for new products and ensure a logical, consistent price structure across our product families. You will actively contribute to our overall pricing strategy and the continuous improvements of it.
- Market & Data Analysis: Gather input from sales and product teams as well as from data analysis. You will combine scraped web data with traditional industry insights to support our pricing decisions.
- Maintain Discount & Price Structures: Assist in setting up, maintaining, and updating discount structures within our existing system. You will ensure consistency and help make sure these structures work smoothly across multiple countries.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Work closely with a senior pricing analyst focusing on online pricing, as well as the eCommerce team. You will help test pricing implementations and ensure pricing aligns with information gathered from the sales and product teams. - International Coordination: Assist in keeping track of pricing across 15 countries. You will help gather feedback from local international colleagues to understand their market needs and ensure alignment.
- Education: HBO/WO working and thinking level, preferably in a business, economics, or commercial field.
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience (ecommerce experience is a plus).
- Mindset: Commercially minded, curious, and eager to learn how a business operates.
- Skills: Good analytical skills and comfortable translating data to insights.
- Communication: Strong communication skills; you are a team player who enjoys collaborating with different departments.
