Responsibilities
As a Senior People Consultant, you’ll be part of the People Consulting team.
- Work on people‑led transformations from design and planning through implementation, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.
- Prepare client workshops and assist in facilitation, focused on stakeholder engagement, transformation vision, change impact analyses, and leadership alignment.
- Build strong relationships with the client and proactively maintain and strengthen these relationships.
- Assist the sales process by brainstorming with the team on client’s challenges and preparing proposals.
- Influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for project‑related initiatives and/or decisions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of our service offerings.
- Relevant master’s degree, e.g., in Business Administration, HR or Change Management.
- 3 to 5 years of working experience within industry or consulting‑related roles with strong affinity for the people agenda.
- Strong understanding of people‑related processes related to change management, HR transformations and/or business transformations.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into people‑centered solutions.
- Experience and/or curiosity in how to deploy AI within people‑related processes.
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English (Dutch preferred).
- Team player with the ability to quickly and effectively integrate into new teams.
- Experience in managing stakeholders and client relationships in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Able to demonstrate resilience in stressful situations and perform well under pressure.
- Ability to analyze problems and provide input to insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions for our clients.

Contract for 40 hours per week.
