Workfore Management Specialist

Overview

In the role of Workforce Management Specialist you solve complex scheduling puzzles every day, ensuring the right people are at the right client at the right time across the Netherlands. You work with a close team of roughly 5 colleagues to schedule about 300 accountants and specialists annually.

• Plan and schedule firm personnel with consideration of vacation rules, education and well‑being.
• Coordinate with engagement leaders to discuss capacity requests.
• Analyze professional utilization and flag discrepancies between hours logged and agreed assignments.
• Negotiate with HR, Finance, management and other stakeholders to determine staffing, financial parameters and policy decisions, arriving at the most efficient plan.
• Sometimes have to say "no" where reality does not match expectations, ensuring clear communication.

• Completed mbo, hbo or wo education.
• At least some experience in an organisational role.
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic, rational approach.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Reside in Eindhoven or surrounding area.
• Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
