Werken in de Kempen zoekt een Coördinator die de verbindende schakel vormt tussen inwoners en maatschappelijke organisaties. Je bezoekt mensen thuis, inventariseert behoeften en koppelt dit aan passende hulp. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je opereert vanuit Microlab in Eindhoven.
Je werkt 24 uur per week met een tijdelijk contract van 1 jaar, met uitzicht op verlenging bij positief functioneren. Ruimte voor initiatief en dagelijks verschil maken staan centraal in deze functie.
